They gave the banamex draft for $151. It just looks like a normal receipt (like grocery store receipts in US). Why do you ask?

Brief Description of my Case Joined Vision Systems Group INC,(VSGInc), Southplains Field, NJ in the year March 2003. My H1B was transferred to VSG Inc from my previous company which got merged with another company. VSG Inc filed my Labor Certification in 2003 (EB3) on Dec 23,2003 which has gone to Back Log Center, Harrisburg, PA and got approved only in Dec, 2006. In July 2006 VSG Inc, filed PERM under EB2 and got approved and filed I140 under EB2. But when USCIS sent RFE, my company has withdrawn the I140 without responding to RFE. In July 2007, during 2007 visa fiasco, VSG Inc filed I140 electronically, and I485 and other papers concurrently in July 02, 2007. Got the receipt notices for I140 dated 07-02-2007 and for I485 and others on 06-05-2008. Received EAD and travel docs in July 2008. My I140 is still pending at Nebraska Service center as on date. When contacted trough the Local Congress Man, Dept. Of Home land Security replied on Feb 09, 2009 as follows: �The processing of I-140 has been delayed, not yet ready for decision as it has been selected for extended security review, independent of FBI name check and fingerprints. Until the review is completed, we cannot move forward on this case. We will make every effort to make a decision on this case as soon as the review is complete. However, we have contacted the security team POC to see if this case can be reviewed to see if it can be moved for adjudication.� VISION SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., a New Jersey Domestic Profit Corporation, with a branch office in Coon Rapids, Iowa, was also indicted in a ten count federal indictment that included one count of conspiracy, eight counts of mail fraud, and one count of �Notice of Forfeiture� in the amount of $7,400,000. The investigation is being conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in collaboration with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services - Fraud Detection and National Security Division (FDNS); U.S. Department of Labor - Office of Inspector General; U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS); U.S. Department of State; and is supported by the U.S. Attorney�s Office for the Southern District of Iowa. Check the message by saturnring11 in this thread. He linked the USCIS document which states that PD is retained by the employee once the I-140 is approved unless I-140 is revoked for Fraud.

This turned out to be FP notice.
I moved to new place before I have recieved FP notice. My Attorney sent their copy and I finished FP.
The FP notice copy which I recieved earlier at my old address is returned to USCIS and they have re-sent it to my new address......which is nothing but updated as "Document mailed to Applicant" online in USCIS website

Hi,
I am in a unique situation as far as capture of earlier PD is concerned.
My company had filed an LC for me in EB3 with PD of Oct '03.
I get fed up waiting for that and got another LC filed with PD Nov 05 in EB2.
I have got my I140 approved for the same and also 3yr ext. based on that as well.
My EB3 LC is approved as well now.
My question to somehow capture the PD of my EB3 LC.
Is it possible ? Is anyone in the same boat ?

If your case is I-140 + I- 485 applied at the same time, then word on the street is they will process both at the same time rather than processing I140 first then wait for visa dates and process I485, hope you are already aware of this rumor/speculation or truth.

What is the exact reason for denial? In spite of your education evaluation as well as letter from the Registrar in India they still dont believe Maths was your major?
You should appeal. It can take a few months (4-6) but its not worth letting it go so easily. Try to get a better education evaluation done (try Sheila Danzig, she has helped some folks on immigrationportal.com). Also, ask your attorney why he is confident the appeal will work in your case (ie. what does he plan to present in the appeal that he did not include in the RFE response).
Also, start another LC in parallel if you are about to run out of your 6 years on H1, as a backup (you can get H1 extensions based on this LC while its under appeal, but if the appeal is also ultimately denied, you want to keep your options open)

We are all aware of what going on at the Senate floor and also about the ammendments that put forth on the floor. So my question is clear anc simple what ammendment is supported by CORE IV and what are we looking for.
Because the passing of the current version of the bill will effect all the old cases which many people are in and I wont allow that to happen. I will try my best to avoid this situation to happen. Even though i have a MAster in engineering I will not support SKIL progran that will void the previously pending cases. Good try core IV yto make member to work towards the betterment of few people You know what such people are called" SELFFISH". Guys beware on whaT ACTIONS YOU ARE DOING SO THAT YOU WONT REPENT.

The future is not in the hands of fate, but in ours. The summer August recess is here and the lawmakers are back in their constituencies. This is an opportunity for us to meet with them and address our issues and present solutions in preparation for the upcoming CIR. We must push for our agenda to get our provisions in the base bill as CIR is being drafted currently. If we do not get our provisions in the base bill then it is much harder to get them attached to the bill in the form of amendments.
IV therefore requests its members, to call up and start scheduling lawmaker meetings NOW. Please take appointments with your local lawmakers of both houses of Congress. We are organizing national and state level calls to coordinate this effort. You will be given detailed instructions on how to schedule meetings, what to carry, and most importantly present the IV community’s agenda and present solutions. We have scheduled two nationwide calls on August 11 and 12 to get everyone started on this action item. You can find the details of these calls including the dial in numbers from your state chapter or on IV’s Donor Forum.
To that end, we have created multiple documents and support material that will go into your “Advocacy Packet” for you to carry for these lawmaker meetings. The priority date of your EB category doesn’t matter. Time to act is now. As the summer recess approaches for the congress in the month of august, the lawmakers will be back in their constituencies. This gives us an opportunity to meet with them as their constituents and make our case for our provisions to be included in the upcoming Comprehensive Immigration Reform. We have prepared an advocacy packet for you. Detailed instructions on how to set up meetings with your members of congress are included in it along with the supporting documents to make our case for Employment Based Green Card reforms.
Immigration Voice Advocacy is a grassroots effort. Each one of you must become an advocate for the change we seek. Together, we will bring America out of the current economic recession and strengthen the national security. As a highly educated and highly skilled future American living in this country legally, we must petition the lawmakers to address our issues and present the solutions. I fully believe in court systems in USA, and feel that we should file the lawsuit. The bills like CIR or SKIL wont see the daylight in political fights
